Sparrows like thistle too apparently. Didn't see a single yellow finch. Awww.

Bluejay! Kind of dangerous for it be foraging when there's so many cats around.

New bird! I've never seen one of these in my backyard or anywhere else before this!

Always some action at the feeder when it snows. (well, when there's food in them)

There a section of the Parrot Park that's a large caged-in, but open area where the birds are free to fly around in a bigger space. If you're lucky, some will fly to you, so you can see what it feels like to hold and feed one. It's pretty amazing. Scary, the first time, but a lot of fun.
