Naptime.... this was a chilly, drizzly day. Most of the birds didn't want to play. Understandably.

Colorful beauty... so neat how they use their feet as hands...

Not sure what kind of bird this is. (an exotic parakeet?) One of many at the Parrot Refuge in NL. He or she was one of the few who came right up to us.

Sonny won't go on the play gym on his (or her) own yet (not without help)... s/he's come close tho.

Learned that a "play gym" isn't necessarily "fun" unless there's incentive to be there (Like some newspaper to shred...lots of that. No problem!)

A beautiful (male?) electus. Don't think I noticed the blue feathers in person. They're hard to miss now. (nice!)
