Cracks me up when they go wandering (all supervised of course)....they look so cute!

Ahh...warmer days....taken last summer at a local watershed area. Lots of ducks and a few swans come and go. My (bad) luck to heed to "don't feed the birds" signs (so no bread). Others who didnt made many little (and big) friends. (yep, sooo jealous!)

Snowstorms bring lots of birdies. And also a lot of butts-up shots when trying to capture one looking my way.

Not the best picture, but as good as can be right now. Lots of activity at my feeders during todays snowstorm. Even had some dark-eyed juncos at the window feeder. That's a first. (usually it's the house finches at the window feeder). Here, a juvenile red bellied woodpecker flicker on the left, and a (pest) starling on the right.

Eventually Sonny will look at the camera... after a few minutes she seems to not mind it. (lucky me!)
